RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return / Exchange Policy:

(You may avail our free video call facility to check the product before you buy to avoid any unwanted returns. This is applicable to only that particular item which you have "selected and put into cart" to buy from our website. We don't give video call service for product selection.)

www.sparklebydj.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation/exchange policy.

Note: Products in Discount Sale category cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer a hassle-free exchange policy on all our products, should you change your mind. We will issue you store credit in the form of a Gift Card / Coupon Code that can be used for any other purchase. The coupon code may have an expiry date of 3 months from the date of issue.

Email us on sparklebydj@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91-9830045504 within 24 hours of receiving the product to claim exchange. Do mention your order number and the product you want to exchange and also send us a picture/video of the product before packing. The exchange shall be subject to the following Exchange Policy.

Exchange Policy:

You need to log your exchange request within 24 hours of receipt of the product, by way of email/whatsapp to us, beyond which exchange request cannot be taken.

We only exchange products and do not refund. Sending the product back to us will be your responsibility and cost. You can send the product back to us on this address – Kavita Phumbhra, 10C Merlin Residency, 26 Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata – 700033.

Keep all items in the same package, if you have more than 1 return/exchange.

A product can be exchanged only once through the course of an order.

Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their intact original condition with all original contents, tag and packaging.

Exchange of products will not be applicable for worn products, customised products, the items on sale or in case the seal/tag of the product is broken/tampered. We reserve the right to a final decision after such inspection.

Any items that were damaged during transit must also have the damaged contents and packaging for us to process the return. We reserve the right to assess the reason of damage in case of a missing tag which may suggest, that it has been used, and under such situation, it cannot be returned but we can surely repair the same for you at a nominal cost, as applicable.

All charges for such return/exchange, will be borne by the customer.

International orders are not eligible for exchange unless a wrong product was shipped. They are requested to avail video call facility before product is shipped to ensure that we are shipping the exact same item as ordered by them.

There may be slight stone colour variations, which can be due to photography. In all fairness, we offer a video call before the shipment to all buyers for a better understanding of the product.

Once the product/s reach us, we conduct a thorough quality check of the product and this may take 10-12 days. If the product passes the quality check, then post inspection, we will send you an email/WhatsApp with the Gift Card / Coupon code of the same amount as your returned item. You can use the code on our website www.sparklebydj.com for your next purchase. The code will have an expiry date of 3 months from the date of issue.

We request you to allow at least 10-12 days for the entire return process to be completed. 

Please note that in case we do not receive the return courier, we will not be able to send you the coupon code of returns.

We do not refund the money back under any circumstances, but we do return it in the form of Gift Card / Coupon code as per our Exchange Policy.

You can also exchange an item purchased on www.sparklebydj.com with the same item or another one if they are damaged or have any manufacturing defect, if they are returned in intact unused condition as detailed above. We do not accept used Jewellery for return. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

No refunds will be given in the following cases :

1. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.

2. Package refused by client.

3. Sizing issues. Thus, please make sure to talk to us where ever size is a matter before making a purchase.

4. Products returned in a used or damaged condition without our tags/packing etc.

5. Minor colour & design variation. Some products are handmade and use natural stones / barouque pearls. So there may be some variation in colour shade of stones and shape of pearls. Some variation may be due to photography.

6. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.

How do I cancel an order on www.sparklebydj.com?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please immediately give us a call on +91-9830045504 and if that product is not sent to our delivery team by then & GST invoice has not been generated, then we can accept a cancellation else it will be eligible for exchange.
