RETURN & REFUND POLICY

www.sparklebydj.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Note: Products in Discount Sale category cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I cancel an order on www.sparklebydj.com?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

• If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will cancel your order.
• If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
  You cannot cancel the order. When you receive the product, it will be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns and Replacements Policy

We offer a 2 days return policy for jewelry products in their original intact condition only.

After the above stated stipulated time of the delivery of the products to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange whatsoever.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any security tags must be intact when you send it back. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt and proof of purchase. Only upon receiving everything in order, we will be able to process your return.

Please check the process of a return/exchange:

Keep all items in the same package if you have more than 1 return/exchange.

Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their intact original condition with all original contents, tag and packaging.

Any items that were damaged during transit must also have the damaged contents and packaging for us to process the return. We reserve the right to assess the reason of damage in case of a missing tag which may suggest that it has been used by you and under such situation it cannot be returned but we can surely repair the same for you at a nominal cost as applicable.

For the return, please give a call or email us at the number or email address provided in the website. We will schedule a reverse pickup and you will need to make a secure package of your return, stick the printout of the courier label we will send you. Then, someone will collect the products at no extra cost from you within 3-5 business days and a tracking number will be provided to see its route to us. In a non-courier-serviceable area you will need to send us the same via post office speed post at your cost.

Please ensure that you collect the acknowledgement copy from the courier person to track the courier. Once the products reach us and post inspection, we will send you an email with the coupon code of the same amount as your purchase. You can use the code for your next purchase which may have an expiry date.

We do not refund the money back under any circumstances, but we do return it in the form of credit note/ coupon code.

Please note that in case we do not get the tracking number or the acknowledgement from you and do not receive the return courier, we will not be able to send you the coupon code of returns.

We request you to allow at least 10-12 days for the entire return process to be completed. 

You can also exchange an item purchased on www.sparklebydj.com with the same item or another one if they are damaged or have any manufacturing defect, if they are returned in intact unused condition. We do not accept used Jewellery for return. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
