We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders destined for delivery within India. Our commitment is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of your orders in good condition. Presently, we deliver to all cities across India.
For logistical reasons, each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, we kindly request you place separate orders accordingly.
We aim to dispatch each item within 7-15 business/working days from the date of purchase. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only, usually Bluedart. While this is our standard, there may be instances where it takes more days for shipping due to various reasons. If, by an unlikely chance, we are unable to dispatch your complete order within the stipulated 7 business days, we will inform you of the status of the delivery by mail or call.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Speedpost which is the only alternative and which may take upto 6 days for delivery for available designs.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?
We have a strict system of quality check which makes sure that your product is shipped in immaculate condition. To ensure your order’s safe delivery, we exclusively entrust reputable courier agencies with our shipments. If upon receipt you find the packaging tampered with, we kindly request refusing acceptance of the package. Please promptly contact us, mentioning your Order ID, in such situation on email (sparklebydj@gmail.com) & WhatsApp (+919830045504) for a resolution.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost in a situation beyond your control when you find a damaged piece inside the parcel, while you maintained all our protocols of taking an opening video of the parcel without any cuts/pauses.
Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the damaged product back.
