Jewelry Care Guidelines
Materials used in our Jewellery:
- The base material used in imitation jewellery product is usually Brass or sometimes copper, unless otherwise mentioned. Silver items are made in 925 Sterling Silver and Gold items are made with 18K Gold. These details are mentioned in the picture of the respective product in most cases. It is also mentioned in the description of the product on our website so that there is no confusion. You can always call us for any clarifications.
- We always provide comprehensive/detailed Certificate of Authenticity procured from Govt. of India regd. Hallmarking centers for 925 Sterling Silver & 18K Gold products for its authenticity in terms of metal, weight, purity etc. 18K Gold product will necessarily have standardised BIS Hallmarking. We also provide certifications of Lab Moissanites used where-ever applicable.
- The beads or stones, if used, are semiprecious, hydro or artificial/synthetic as per individual product description. In some cases we also provide certificate of authenticity for Semiprecious Doublet stone items.
- We always use 99% Pure Silver based Kundan in all our Kundan Jewellery range.
- We use AAA quality Cz(cubic zirconias) as a minimal base standard in our Jewellery. Some high-end products have Korean Cz & Swarovski Cz which are marked individually with each product for better clarity and your understanding. For certain products we issue Certificate of Authenticity as a document of trust wherever applicable.
- We provide description with every item for better clarity of material used in that particular product.
Care Guidelines:
- Avoid direct contact of the jewellery with water, gels, lotions and perfumes of any types.
- Keep away from sharp blows, scratches, and extreme temperatures.
- Always keep it in a clean, dry, and airtight pouch we provide.
- Wear your accessory only after showering and applying makeup, hairspray, gels, lotions, perfumes for longer life of your Jewellery.
- While using earrings always twist and push the “back push” for a smooth operation and do not push it straight into the back stick, else you may damage either the stick or the back push.
- Usually Artificial Jewellery is not for daily wear. Its meant for party/occasional wear and then to be stored as suggested by us.
- Make sure to wipe your Jewellery with a soft cotton cloth to remove any residual moisture before storing it. It is advisable to keep it open for 30 mins after wiping with cotton cloth to ensure removal of any residual moisture before you store it.
Storage:
- Store your jewellery in dry places away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.
- Store your accessory separately in plastic pouches and avoid contact with hard surfaces to avoid scratches & do not store them without plastic in Velvet boxes.
- Always store your Jewellery in our provided plastic pouches to avoid tarnishing.
